What is the shipping cost?
We have free delivery on all orders from 500 SEK and above. Otherwise the shipping cost is 75 SEK.
What is the delivery time?
DHL collects goods from us every Monday and Wednesday morning. You will be notified by DHL when the package arrives.
I have received the wrong produc. How can I return it?
Please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will send you a shipping label so that you can return the wrong products.
I want to buy from you at a fair. Can I get an invoice?
At the present time you need to be a registered business customer to be able to pay by invoice when buying a product at a fair. We recommend you order online.
